Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
You must request an RMA (Return Material Authorization) by sending an email to [email protected].
Return the item, at your expense, to the address we supply, being sure to add the RMA# to the package address.
WE CANNOT TRACK YOUR RETURN WITHOUT THE RMA NUMBER
Returns will only be authorized for defective goods, missing parts or, in the case of print on demand items, printed incorrectly.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within 10 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
